When I got to this Pollo Regio, I was attended by Yolanda . She was very nice and kind, you can tell shes a hard worker and has great communication with the client. I asked for half a chicken and it was very delicious and tasty. I think all Pollo Regio locals should be this good because I was very satisfied withe the food. I highly recommend this place, you all wont be losing anything! And will leave with a full stomach. Come with Yolanda, shes very sweet. It feels nice eating in a place with nice customer service.

First time eating here and I have to say, I was impressed. Food was delicious! Really liked the chips/salsa bar. Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions about the menu. I look forward to my next visit. As a foot note, the restroom was very clean also.

I did the drive through but by far this was the best tasting fast food that I have gotten in years. The food was fresh and seasoned to perfection. It’s a bit messy but the value is unmatched. I got an agua Jamaica which was so refreshing and not common from a fast food place. The staff were kind and got the food out so fast. I could easily feed a family off one of their combination meals.
I had not eaten here in years, but after a very long day at work I stopped here. I ordered the half chicken,which comes with rice,beans & tortillas. Everything was super delicious. I want to mention that the young man,that took my order i believe his name is Omar. He was so kind and his kindness definitely made my day. I just want to make sure you know you have a great employee. Thank you.
